Noel McCormick Elected to National Armaments Consortium (NAC) Executive Committee

McCormick Stevenson is proud to announce that Noel McCormick, Founder and President, has been elected to the National Armaments Consortium (NAC) Executive Committee effective October 1, 2019. Noel joins re-elected members Karl Lewis and Diana-Lynn Herbst as representatives of the Small Business Class. Together they will provide the governance and oversight of the organization and represent the NAC members’ voice. In addition to small business, or non-traditional defense contractors, the NAC Executive Committee also has members representing large, more traditional defense contractors and academia.

With over 35 years of experience in service to America’s Warfighters, Noel has the requisite experience necessary to guide the NAC organization toward increasingly relevant and valuable goals. As a founder in 2008, and past Chairman of the Florida Federal Contractors Association, Noel has demonstrated a willingness to both serve and lead the larger defense community.

NAC was designed to be the preeminent collaboration organization that enables government, industry, and academia to deliver rapid armaments innovation for the nation’s security, and currently has almost 900 members. The organization’s focus is on “Other Transaction Agreements” (OTA), and its mission is to foster collaboration between government, industry and academia groups to deliver dominant solutions to complex national armament challenges.

McCormick Stevenson is very supportive of all our employees who choose to dedicate their time and further contribute their knowledge and leadership to the engineering community!
